Leon M. Chandler II, aged 24, was tragically killed on August 19, 2018, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred in the Providence Park neighborhood, specifically in the 3500 block of Meadowbridge Road. At approximately 12:15 a.m., Richmond Police responded to a call reporting a shooting.
