Nigeria Daizelle Lamb, a 24-year-old woman from Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost her life on November 1, 2018. She was shot and killed in the 100 block of Friendly Drive, a residential area in Hampton. The incident occurred around 3:04 p.m., when Public Safety Communications received a call reporting a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Lamb outside, suffering from a single gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of the Hampton Division of Fire and Rescue, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
