Vinnesha Michelle Hunter, a 19-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost her life on July 9, 2011. Vinnesha, affectionately known as "Va'nene," was struck by a stray bullet while inside her home. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when a bullet entered through the kitchen window and hit her in the chest. Vinnesha had been looking outside at the time of the shooting.
