Reggie G. Dixon, a 40-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 10, 2019. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Queen Street, where Dixon was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. Despite the prompt arrival of medics, Dixon was pronounced dead at the scene.
