Reggie Dixon

In the early evening of February 10, 2019, the life of 40-year-old Reggie G. Dixon, a Black male from Portsmouth, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Police responded to a 911 call around 5:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of Queen Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Dixon with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene, turning a quiet street into the scene of a homicide investigation.
