On March 18, 2023, 20-year-old Tyler William Bardill was fatally shot in Portsmouth, Virginia. The incident occurred around 6:25 p.m. in the 1200 block of Frederick Boulevard. Emergency responders transported Bardill to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
