Winston Richard Morris, a 30-year-old man from Barre, Vermont, was tragically found deceased on the side of Interstate 93 in Salem, New Hampshire, on August 7, 1969. His body was discovered by a work crew in a water-filled pit, and it was estimated that he had been there for about a week.
