Tommy Lamont Reynolds, a 46-year-old Navy veteran from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2018. Reynolds, originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, had moved to Portsmouth after serving in the United States Navy. On the early morning of August 14, police received a call requesting assistance at the 3500 block of Floyd Street, where they found Reynolds suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound to his torso. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
