Michael “Charles B” Roberts, a 66-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, was tragically killed on April 27, 2023, in a shooting incident. The shooting occurred in the 2200 block of Portsmouth Boulevard, where officers responding to the scene found Roberts suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
