Tykeeyan Z. Robinson, a 20-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2019. The incident occurred on Colonial Avenue, between 28th and 29th streets, where Norfolk Police responded to a call around 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Robinson suffering from a gunshot wound.
