On an evening in April, the life of 18-year-old Kahli Rahquan Curry was tragically cut short. On April 16, 2019, in the 400 block of Goose Circle in Newport News, Virginia, police responded to a call of gunshots at 7:26 p.m. Arriving at the scene, they found Kahli suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene. At the time of his death, he was a high school senior.
