In the autumn of 2021, the life of Loren Javell Ransome, a 49-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Newport News, Virginia. On the evening of October 5th, officers responded to a shooting on Warwick Boulevard. There, they discovered Ransome, the co-owner of a local hookah business, suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
