Anthony Cedric Hudgins Jr., a 38-year-old man, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the early morning of April 23, 2019. The shooting occurred on N. Jamestown Drive in Petersburg, Virginia. He was transported to Southside Regional Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
