On a Sunday afternoon in Petersburg, Virginia, a disagreement between two men escalated into a fatal exchange of gunfire, leaving one man dead and another facing murder charges. The incident, which occurred around 3 p.m. on June 6, 2021, claimed the life of 74-year-old Willie Noise, III.
