Quintell Ronald Pulliam, a 35-year-old resident of Petersburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2020. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred while he was driving on Interstate 95. According to reports, Pulliam was found unresponsive in his vehicle, which had veered off the road and crashed into a guardrail. He was discovered by Virginia State Police around 10:45 p.m. and was subsequently pronounced dead at Bon Secours Southside Regional Medical Center.
