In the early hours of July 9, 2019, the life of 23-year-old Isaiah D. Bond of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short in the Norview neighborhood of the city. Police responded to a call of a shooting on Alexander Street around 12:45 a.m., where they found one man suffering from gunshot wounds. Shortly after, a second call led them to the 1200 block of Strand Street, where they discovered Isaiah Bond, who had been shot to death.
