Vincent Michael Forline, aged 30, passed away on September 14, 2019, in Norfolk, Virginia. Born in Middletown, Connecticut, he graduated from Coginchaug High School in Durham. At the time of his passing, Vincent was serving as an Aviation Ordnanceman 1st Class in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS George H.W. Bush.
