On a cool autumn night in Detroit, the life of a promising young man, Demetrius Evans, was tragically cut short. The 25-year-old male was fatally shot in the early morning hours of November 7, 2015. Evans, an engineer who had graduated from Oakland University with a degree in mechanical engineering, was known by loved ones as a caring and responsible individual.
