On a Thursday evening in Chesapeake, Virginia, the life of 31-year-old Deontae Poole, a male resident of Norfolk, was tragically cut short. On November 7, 2019, emergency dispatchers received a call at 8:54 p.m. reporting an injured person in the 1300 block of MacDonald Road. When police officers arrived at the residence, they discovered Poole inside, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
