Sequanae Jahkeem Roper, a 24-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, VA, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2020, due to gunfire. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Prince William Court, where police responded to a call for "shots fired" around 12:33 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Roper deceased at the scene.
