Princess Ann 'PC' Richards Chapman, aged 86, passed away on March 27, 2020, in Newport News, Virginia. She was born on October 19, 1933, and was a resident of Virginia at the time of her death. Princess Ann, affectionately known as 'PC,' was an ordained minister and worked as a dental assistant. She was also a wheelchair user.
