Kelly Ann Parsley-Jackson, a 39-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, passed away on January 27, 2011. Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, Kelly had been living in Newport News for the past 11 years. She was a dedicated private elementary school teacher at Orcutt Baptist School and an active member of St. Jerome Church. Kelly was known for her involvement in the Faith Formation Program and her role as a Girl Scout Leader. She held a BS degree in Elementary Education from S.U.N.Y.
