April Lee Logan, a 22-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost her life on August 22, 2020, in what authorities determined to be a domestic-related incident. The Newport News Police Department responded to a call around 7:30 a.m. regarding an incident in the 1000 block of Blackwater Way.
