Datron Porch, a 29-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2020. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Linster Street, where Porch was found dead from a gunshot wound. The Chesapeake Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the area around 9:42 p.m. and discovered Porch's body upon arrival. Another man, who was also injured in the shooting, later took himself to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
