Dresean LaMarta Porter, a 29-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2020. The incident occurred on Christmas night, when police were called to the 800 block of East Princess Anne Road around 8:30 p.m. following reports of a gunshot disturbance.
