In the early morning hours of February 10, 2021, the life of Sylvester Washington, a male in his forties, was tragically cut short in the Bellemeade neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. At approximately 2:38 a.m., Richmond Police officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Harwood Street following a report of a shooting.
