In Richmond, Virginia, a young boy's life was tragically cut short in a devastating accident that highlighted the urgent need for firearm safety. Ten-year-old Teon K. 'Toodie' Burwell, a Black male, was at his home on Angela Drive on the evening of March 16, 2021, when he came across a loaded gun.
