Anthony Norman, a 32-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2021. Early that morning, police responded to a call near the intersection of Airline Boulevard and Frederick Boulevard, where they discovered Norman with a fatal gunshot wound.
