In the late evening hours of June 8, 2021, the life of 31-year-old Keian J. Meusa, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Newport News, Virginia. Police were dispatched to the 5600 block of Arlington Avenue at approximately 10:50 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Meusa inside a vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
