Raegan Sharnae Chisley, a 20-year-old pre-med student from North Carolina Central University, tragically lost her life on June 22, 2021, in Hampton, Virginia. Raegan was found lying in the street on Berkley Drive after being shot. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, she was pronounced dead upon arrival.
