Rikeria D. Bibbins, a 25-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost her life on September 29, 2021. On that fateful afternoon, she was shot in the 700 block of Rockingham Street in Norfolk. Despite being rushed to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival. Rikeria was remembered as a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, with her funeral service held on October 11, 2021, at the Metropolitan Funeral Service, Granby Chapel.
