In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 33-year-old Latoya S. Davis was tragically cut short. On January 11, 2017, events unfolded that would leave a community seeking answers that remain elusive. Just before 11:30 p.m., Davis arrived at the emergency room of the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
