On a late Tuesday evening in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Chasity Parker was tragically cut short. On July 28, 2015, in the 3300 block of Kimball Terrace in the Grandy Village neighborhood, Chasity was fatally shot while visiting her grandmother's home. Responding to a call shortly after 10:30 p.m., police found her with gunshot wounds. She was rushed to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
