Eighteen-year-old Tyquisha Craig, a Black female known affectionately as 'Quita' by her loved ones, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of March 23, 2014, in Norfolk, Virginia. The tragic incident occurred at a house party on Saint Julian Avenue. A dispute that began inside the party reportedly spilled outside, leading to at least one individual opening fire.
