Delisha R. Taylor, a 32-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost her life on May 3, 2022. Delisha was found deceased in a vehicle on E. Virginia Beach Boulevard, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:30 a.m., when police responded to reports of a double shooting.
