In the early hours of May 3, 2022, a tragic event unfolded in Norfolk, Virginia, leading to the death of 32-year-old Delisha R. Taylor. A Black/African American female, Delisha was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred around 1:30 a.m. At the time of the incident, she was reportedly sitting in a vehicle with her boyfriend when an unknown assailant drove by and opened fire. This act of violence took place in the 900 block of E. Virginia Beach Boulevard.
