On August 21, 2019, 21-year-old Alexis Allen was tragically killed in a triple shooting in Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred around midnight in the 2200 block of Maltby Avenue. Alexis Allen, a mother of two young children, was found dead at the scene by responding officers. Alongside her, a 33-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were also shot but survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
