Stefhone Christian McCombs Jr., a 2-year-old boy from Newport News, Virginia, tragically passed away on October 29, 2021. The incident occurred when Stefhone Christian McCombs Jr. accidentally shot himself with his father's service weapon. His father, Stefhone Christian McCombs Sr., a Newport News police officer, had placed the loaded firearm on the couch after returning home from work.
