On a Monday afternoon in Newport News, Virginia, the life of Michael Anthony Adams, a 59-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On September 18, 2023, at approximately 12:20 p.m., police responded to a call of an unresponsive male in the 1000 block of 22nd Street.
