Charles Joseph "CJ" Browning III, a 30-year-old man from Mobile, Alabama, was last seen on the morning of September 27, 2019. Browning and his common-law wife stopped at an IHOP restaurant in the Tillman’s Corner area so she could use the restroom between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. When she returned, Browning had disappeared without a trace.
