In the spring of 1996, a sense of unease settled over a family in Mobile, Alabama, when 31-year-old Edgar A. Powe vanished without a trace. On April 4th of that year, Mr. Powe was seen for the last time as he walked away from his home. He was dressed in a white t-shirt and jeans when he departed, leaving behind any form of personal identification.
