Robert Thomas Minter Jr., aged 48, passed away on September 7, 2017, in Newport News, Virginia. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred at 1711 Jefferson Avenue at approximately 12:32 a.m. Minter, a resident of Tillerson Drive, was one of the victims in a double shooting. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he succumbed to his injuries.
