On a cold December day in Newport News, Virginia, the life of 24-year-old Michael Anthony Neblett was tragically cut short. Known affectionately as 'Neb' to his friends and family, Michael was a passionate skateboarder who was a beloved figure in his community. On December 23, 2021, he was found in the 300 block of Roseman Court with a fatal gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries, leaving a void in the hearts of those who knew him.
