Rachard Timothy Lewis, a 19-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 22, 2014. Born on December 13, 1994, Rachard, affectionately known as "Shotti," was a beloved member of his community. His untimely death was the result of a gunshot wound to the head. He was found lying on the ground in the 1100 block of 22nd Street in Newport News. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
