Quintez Montrel Moore, a 30-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically passed away on March 9, 2019. According to reports, Moore was shot and killed inside a rooming house located on 55th Street in Newport News. The incident occurred during a dispute between Moore and a 61-year-old female resident of the house.
