Steven C. Richardson Sr., a 26-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 8, 2018. Born on March 18, 1992, Richardson was a father of three and was known to his friends and family as "SCR". His untimely death was a result of a violent incident that occurred in the early hours of the morning. Richardson was found shot to death on the ground outside his residence on Ridley Circle, just after 1:34 a.m. on that fateful day.
