Lutrell Deontae Kittles, a 13-year-old boy from Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2013. Lutrell, affectionately known as "De'ontae" or "D," was a bright and compassionate young boy who was well-loved by his family and community. He was known for his academic achievements, having been promoted from 7th to 8th grade, and his favorite subject was math. He enjoyed playing video games, basketball, and supporting his favorite sports teams, the Baltimore Ravens and Miami Heat.
