Curtis Emmanuel Cooper, born on October 8, 1980, in Hampton, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2020, at the age of 39. He was the son of the late Phyllis Cooper and Ronald Wooten. Curtis is survived by his two sons, Jeremiah Emmanuel and Jamari King Cooper, as well as his sisters, Demeka and Margaret Cooper. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
