On a cold December night in Petersburg, Virginia, the life of 22-year-old Fequon Demariea Stith was tragically cut short. The young Black / African American man, known affectionately by friends and family as 'DB Fee,' 'FeeFee,' and 'Quon,' was found with life-threatening gunshot wounds on the evening of December 19, 2021. The discovery was made in the 200 block of Medical Park Boulevard, a location that would become the focal point of a homicide investigation.
