Fequon Demariea Stith, a 22-year-old resident of Petersburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 19, 2021. Known affectionately as 'DB Fee,' 'FeeFee,' and 'Quon,' Fequon was remembered for his vibrant personality and his ability to uplift those around him.
