On a cold December evening in Newport News, Virginia, the life of Shaun Isiah Golden, a 20-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On December 23, 2021, Golden was discovered inside a vehicle, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response of emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
