Reginald Scott, a 45-year-old resident of Washington D.C., was found dead on February 26, 2022, in Arlington, Virginia. His body was discovered inside a vehicle in the 3600 block of Columbia Pike at approximately 7:42 a.m. The Arlington County Police Department responded to a report of an unresponsive man in a parked car and upon arrival, officers found Scott deceased.
