Bartlett, who worked as a delivery driver for a company that serviced various restaurants, lived a quiet life alone in his apartment on Columbia Pike. He was last seen alive on the evening of July 13, 1994. In the days that followed, a concerning odor began to emanate from his residence, prompting neighbors to alert the building's management.
